Delete your Speakra account and data

Speakra is developed by Ertech Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. You can delete your data in the app or by email.

In the app (signed-in users)

1. Open Speakra and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all its data are deleted from our servers straight away.

By email (guests, or without the app)

Send an email to support@ertechsoftware.com with the subject "Speakra data deletion". Include the email address you signed in with, or, if you used Speakra as a guest, the approximate date you last used it and your device model so we can find your data. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, sign-in ID) and profile (target band, exam date, English level, native language)
• Transcripts, scores, feedback and your test history
• Any voice recordings still on our servers (they are otherwise removed automatically within 24 hours)
• The device identifier linked to your data

What may be kept

• Purchase records that we must keep for tax and accounting law, without your recordings or results.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that no longer identify you.

An active IELTS Prep Pass is not refunded automatically when you delete your account; cancel or request a refund through Google Play or the App Store.
